Program Overview:

Our Integrity Engineering Internship based in our Houston, Texas office, is crafted to offer a comprehensive learning experience in Pipeline Integrity Engineering. Participants will engage in challenging projects, collaborate with experienced professionals and gain insights into the day-to-day operations of our organization. The program aims to foster personal and professional growth, equipping interns with the skills and knowledge needed for success in their future careers.

Key Features:

  • Hands-On Projects: Interns will work on real projects, applying theoretical knowledge to practical situations. Rotations include corrosion, field work and regulatory compliance.
  • Mentorship: Each intern will be paired with a dedicated mentor who will provide guidance, support and valuable insights throughout the program.
  • Training Sessions: Regular workshops and training sessions will be conducted to enhance technical and soft skills, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.
  • Networking Opportunities: Interns will have the chance to connect with professionals across various departments, fostering valuable relationships within the industry.
  • Feedback and Evaluation: Continuous feedback with weekly check-ins and regular performance evaluations will be provided to help interns track their progress and identify areas for improvement. Intern will develop and deliver a final presentation on a topic to be assigned.

Who Should Apply:

We are seeking passionate and driven individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our innovative team. Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates with a strong academic background, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in Pipeline Integrity Engineering.

Requirements:

  • Preferred graduation date: May 2026; candidates graduating in May 2027 will also be considered.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or Materials Science preferred
  • Courses in Design, Technical Writing, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Fluid Mechanics, Materials Science or Process Controls preferred
  • Must be available 40 hours per week for 3 months, starting mid-May and ending mid-August.
