Efrain Garcia Joins Altamira As Vice President of Key Accounts

HOUSTON, TX — Altamira is pleased to announce the recent hire of Efrain Garcia, who joins the company as Vice President of Key Accounts. Garcia brings over 26 years of experience supporting capital projects and plant turnarounds, along with 15 years of expertise in midstream projects including gas processing, terminal storage, and pipeline gathering, transmission and distribution. Throughout his career, he has built a distinguished track record of delivering strategic value through planning, client partnerships and a deep technical understanding of complex projects.
In his role at Altamira, Garcia will lead strategic sales initiatives focused on the Company’s valued customer relationships. He will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring long-term account retention through tailored solutions and executive-level engagement.

Garcia remains actively engaged in the broader industry and serves on several professional boards, including the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) – Houston Chapter, the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP) – Houston Chapter, Institute for Supply Management (ISM) Houston and the Rice Global Forum.
