EPA Tier II Annual Reporting Requirements
Tier II reporting is required by the EPA under the EPCRA Act for facilities that store hazardous chemicals above certain threshold quantities. Under these regulations, annual reporting is required for hazardous and toxic substances that are housed at facilities.
Oklahoma Industrial Stormwater (OKR05) Renewal
The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) renews the Industrial, Multi-Sector Stormwater Permit OKR05 every 5-years. All SWP3 should be updated and the NOIs submitted by October 3, 2022.
Ozone Precursor Rule
Starting Aug. 5, 2022, compliance requirements for new and existing oil and gas operations in New Mexico counties with high ozone levels will take effect. These areas are Chaves, Doña Ana, Eddy, Lea, Rio Arriba, Sandoval, San Juan, and Valencia counties.
