Altamira  Bolsters  Expertise in Regulatory Compliance and Asset Integrity  to  Meet  Client  Challenges Presented  by  Gas  Mega Rule and OSHA & EPA Requirements

Angleton, TX – As part of ongoing development of its Gulf Coast regional team, Altamira has appointed Colby Lowrie as Gulf Coast Manager. Mr. Lowrie has worked with many critical infrastructure clients throughout the region including pipeline operators, petrochemical facilities and natural gas utilities. His areas of expertise include pipeline and facilities integrity management, project engineering and pipeline operations. He is a member of the Angleton Education Foundation, Houston Pipeline Association, Angleton Chamber of Commerce and The Economic Development Alliance for Brazoria County.

Houston, TX – The Altamira team is pleased to announce the addition of Peter Paulette as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Advisor. Mr. Paulette brings over 40 years of experience in the liquid and gas pipeline, refining, midstream operations and manufacturing industries. Pete specializes in addressing client regulatory concerns including interpretation, compliance program development and management, safety and training. His areas of expertise include Department of Transportation requirements related to liquid, gas and liquified natural gas (LNG) operations, OSHA compliance, process safety management and Environmental Protection Agency Risk Management Program (RMP). Peter also brings with him a multi-discipline team of engineers and technical professionals who are proven experts in engineering design, asset integrity and advisory consulting for all aspects of regulatory compliance.  The team’s vast program and project discipline experience combined with knowledge and skills to cover the entire upstream, midstream and downstream markets make them an invaluable part of the team.
