- MAOP determinations for certain gathering lines
- Records documenting calculations of beginning and endpoints of each onshore gathering pipeline
Critical Timelines
- Published on November 15, 2021
- The rule goes into effect May 16, 2022
- Determination of line types and documentation of applicability/methodology for determining beginning and endpoints completed by November 16, 2022, for any existing lines, or before any new line is placed into operation after May 16, 2022
- Type C lines existing on or before May 16, 2022, have one year to comply
- The reporting deadline is March 15, 2023
