TCEQ Updates to Industrial and Hazardous Waste Forms

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has recently updated the Industrial and Hazard Waste Forms for Permit Modifications. The use of these new modification forms is mandatory beginning November 1, 2021.

To determine which Class Permit Modification form to use, review TCEQ’s Title 30, Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Subsection 305.69(k).

• Class 1 Modification Form
• Class 1ED Modification Form
• Class 2 Modification Form

Applications due on or after May 1, 2021, must submit using the Part B Application with Screening Tool.
