Altamira Expands Environmental Presence by Adding Senior Leadership and Senior Technical Expertise in the Gulf Coast Region
Angleton, TX – Altamira welcomes the addition of Beate Damm to lead its operations in the Gulf Coast region as Vice President, Gulf Coast Operations. Ms. Damm has over thirty years of extensive environmental expertise including environmental, health and safety (EH&S), compliance, remediation, due diligence, digital service offerings, decommissioning and demolition and infrastructure projects. She previously held leadership roles for GHD’s North America Chemical/Petrochemical business and AECOM’s Regional Chemical/Pharmaceutical business, successfully growing large global client portfolios and leading multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, scientists and technicians throughout North America. Ms. Damm holds an MBA, a Texas Professional Geologist credential, the safety trained supervisor (STS) credential and is a member of the Association of Chemical Industry of Texas (ACIT) and Economic Alliance of Brazoria County.
Ms. Damm has been actively involved in projects in her community for many years. The topic of animal welfare is especially dear to her heart. She has served as President of the SPCA of Brazoria County (a non-profit organization) for the last two years, initiating much needed infrastructure development and expanding relationships with local government leaders.

Lake Charles, LA – We are pleased to announce the addition of Tina Gray as Compliance Manager, Gulf Coast Operations, to the Altamira team. Ms. Gray brings over 25 years of professional experience in regulatory compliance strategy and technical support for air permitting, industrial wastewater and storm water permitting, SPCC plan development, process safety management (PSM) and risk management planning (RMP). As a degreed Chemical Engineer, she has delivered solutions to diverse industries including Chemical, Manufacturing, Refining, Oil & Gas and Food & Beverage.
